Help please converting Heroin Freebase into Heroin HCL

Hey, can anything tell me an easy way to turn this stupid H #3 freebase into HCL so SWIM can sniffy snif it SWIM microdoses for his ADHD and it helps a lot. Tried to put it in a beaker with 5% vinegar, I shook it up for 5 minutes, then put it on the hot plate and made sure the temp didn't go past 500F the boiling point of H, it was better but it still wasnt really right. Thank you, this is all for personal and it would seriously mean the world to me.
