HELP Online shopping shops

Hi all, please tell me the shops with brand items , which are sent to another address different from the billing address .
I travel often and find it difficult to constantly change my billing address

 

Is that a problem? I have many mailing addresses on Amazon, with one billing address. I can see where small sites might not offer that.

 

my orders are being cencelled they say it`s fraud

 

Your billing address must match that on your credit card. That's different from the mailing address.
