    take a hot shower, not only does it relax you, you sweat.
    otherwise im afraid you just have to sit it out and make the best of it

    Yeah, for the past few days I've been smoking myself sober. Once you smoke a certain amount of weed and you cant get any higher, smoke more, and then you won't really be high, just retarded and slow.

    Don't try to focus on sobering up. That just makes it worse.

    Hrmm...try to stop being high...thats pretty much the opposite of my normal goal when I smoke. Maybe try doing some cardio or something, or follow other suggestions.
  19. I think excersize helps a bit, or working. Work always seems to be a buzz-kill
