Help me pick my pixie cut

I know! No tangles. It's kind of liberating.


My daughters both think they like having really long hair, but I'm always trying to talk them into at least keeping it around shoulder length to make it less painful to detangle.

My 6-yr-old and I had been talking about trimming her waist-length hair. I said I'd make her an appointment. Well, yesterday in school she chopped a big old chunk off to just below her ear! She took off about 8 or ten inches! Her teacher thought I would be so mad.

I scolded her for using the scissors that way and not waiting for her appointment. I took her to a beauty shop and the lady there had a good laugh about it. It looks so cute now. And no tangles.

 

I really like this one.. this is Sienna Miller, she apparently just chopped her hair off. I saw it in a magazine, and ever since, I've been wanting to cut mine again.

 

I love having short hair it is so much easier and more comfortable (I go from extremely long, butt-length to very very short on about a 4 or 5 year rotation) but it makes me look even fatter than I really am. So I went purple this time when I was wanting a major change instead. I always miss my long hair when I get it cut short, but I keep doing it...
