I'm in S.I.L. program. yep, set up in some nice apt while recieving ssi. U get ssi? U in a S.I.L or I.L. program? How do U get on SSD? I hear U get more doe. Like how much percisely?
It's social security disability stuff. SSI is for those that never paid into the system, like a welfare for the disabled. (hopefully they are really disabled) SSDI is an insurance that you pay into during your working career and draw out of if you become disabled. I am on SSDI but had paid into the system out of my paychecks for 30 years before I became disabled. Regular social security is for retirement only and can only be drawn after 65 years of age. Sounds like the guy wants to abuse the system.
I'm disabled enough to make working a regular job impossible ...but doctor says i need to hurt myself more before ill qualify for assistance and im really not interested in making things worse so yeah im stuck in the cracks but at least i have good family
