Hello, My name is Pat and I am from Ottawa, Ontario. I'm 27 years old and new to this forums. I will browse around and see whats here and hopefully I can meet some cool people and have some good conversations. I am a pretty outgoing guy, easy going. I like to do anything that has to do with the outdoors. I like Camping, Hiking, Roller skating, Biking, swimming, running. I have been out of the gym for a couple months now but i plan on going back. Iv'e done crossfit for about a year and i loved it. i love to be challenged. In the winter i do alot of ice skating, playing hockey but the rest is mostly indoors Anyways that's me, If there is anyone else on here that is from Ottawa, don't be shy. send me a PM, lets chat! I'm not from there, but I wouldn't mind visiting. Then again, I hate traveling. So, I probably won't ever visit. I'll just wikipedia it and live vicarious through that.
