Hello from an English Artist wondering if she's a hippy

Hi, I stumbled on this thread after watching a movie that got me thinking about hippies. I have previously been drawn towards paganism, I like nature based religions, Meditation, learning to live in harmony with nature, I like Bohemian fashion, creating art in graphite and colour pencil, writing fiction, and I've recently picked up a Ukulele and Harmonica to learn to play. Does this make me a hippy? I honestly don't know, but this is me.

Reading around this forum makes me feel more at home here than anywhere else. Hoping to make some new friends, finding a way to live more contentedly and at peace with myself and others.

Oh...The hippy conundrum...I wouldn't worry about it...We get a bad press...It's no big deal...No one can be defined by a single word.Just don't get hung up on it.Peace,love...It's the only way.

I am still finding my way around this forum and discovering new things. I currently cannot find a way to answer visitor messages on my profile, I assume this is because I am new? Can I say thanks to Scratcho, Willy Blue and JimmyJoe1 for your kind messages; and in answer to WillyBlue: I like writing science fiction and fantasy fiction, I like writing short practice drabbles, flash fiction, etc. And I hope one day to write a complete novel. I am currently attempting to write an urban fantasy novel set in space, so sort of a cross between science fiction and fantasy, which is a bit different, but fun!
