First of all Rap is not music.

It's poetry. It's art. But it ain't anything I call music.

Presenting poetry even in rythmical spoken form is still not music, it's just a method of delivery.

That being said, I still appreciate it. It's a very profound method of delivering what's buried deep in your soul. It's like taking everything that's bottled up inside and Bitchin' at the world STRAIGHT UP.

Beggin' your pardon if some peeps get caught up in this method of expression and can't handle it, letting it collide with repressed issues they have in their own life. All you have done is publically proven this guy is influenciable and has no connection to his own soul. People don't all have rosy cinderella stories. Some people were born in a very shitty conditions and they need a way to be heard too.

People need to chill and see rap and gangsta rap for what it really is b4 they judge it.

    ITS MOTHER FUCKING ART!

    YA HEAR?!

Just because people haven't found their own soul and cannot appreciate it without letting it brainwash them doesn't mean it's bad art or it's not art!

My guess is that this straight A student deep down wasnt happy with his picture perfect life and would have cracked eventually for other reasons. Or maybe not, who knows. But one thing is for sure the fact that ART made him crack doesn't say much about him. Just means he has a very fragile ego.

Rappers just rapping to be violent? You need to do some re-search sister. Check out some of the rappers from the souths myspace, 50% of them list about God in their "about me" section. They were just blessed, at the mic, and thats what they do for a living.
