    At the moment its a beautiful Autumn morning, the sun is shining from a cloudless sky, but its a little chilly outside as we had a frost overnight, not that I much care. Boris Johnson (the Prime Minister) has seen fit to lock us all down again for a month, so because I have serious health issues, I'm regarded as 'vulnerable' and therefore am being shielded by staying indoors.
