Actually right now while sitting here I am drinking a very late glass of Lidle's Lindhouse Peach fruit and barley cordial.
As well as that I drink a few cups of tea and coffee, as I don’t usually drink water on it’s own.
It is only last thing in the evening around midnight that I have one or two 500ml bottles of bitter.
I think on balance I do very well.
I have to be that little more careful my being on 5g Warfarin every day.
My last reading a couple of days ago was 2.7 so meeting my 2 - 3 INR range I MUST keep.

Sister
South Park is NOT my sense of humour so I have hardly ever watched it I am afraid.
Mu sense of humour can be a bit wicked without hopefully wanting to offend.
The problem iOS that nowadays far too many people seem to want to be offended, and so go cause a fuss.

We couldn’t get out at all today Angel as it was to ruddy cold.
That gets on my lungs which is very bad for me, so been inside all day watching Telly and doing suff on the computer.

Also Wifey and I have music lots in between telly times so we have lots of dancing.
But of course I have to take it easy.

Well it is almost Midnight here so I am off now to have a beer or two and some food.
Have a read or a dab on my iPad looking at The Papers and possibly You Tube

Then get to bed around 3.00am.

I am still enjoying life to the full.
