    I don't own a TV:)
Do you ever get noise complaints from your neighbors with those speakers

    No cao I don’t.
None of our ground floor walls are next to another apartment at all as we are on the corner of the block of only 12 apartments.
3 walls are on the outside of the building, and one off the entrance hallway of which the wall is next to our second bedroom.
There is one apartment above us, and it is the owners second home and they are never there.
I have asked him if he can hear anything from us, and he said he couldn’t hear a peep.
He has thick carpet down, and the floors are comprised of solid thick concrete meeting all recent soundproof regulations.
The apartments are 10 years old.
    Job done! :)

How's the healing, Boozercruiser? Does the doctor think it's dietary? (I don't know the first thing about mitral valves...) :)

My mother had heart surgery years ago but for her, they used a pig's valve.
She lived about another 40 years, dying in her sleep at 86. For her, it was dietary. She was supposed to follow a reduced cholesterol diet. She did not. She said she figured that the new valve would last her, since the world would be ending by 1975 and then God would fix her up, soon as he was done killing off all the non Jehovah's Witnesses.
I called her on January 1, 1976 to ask what happened, as I was still alive
    She hung up on me!

Thank you and others so much for still inquiring about me Soul.
Having a heart operation is so much more than going on for hospital for that and then in a few days one can go straight to work and socializing and having fun.
All that will take a few weeks at least of building up exercise and deep breathing and walking and stuff and taking medications and pain killers.
Plus keeping an eye on diet and stuff like that.

They use either a pigs valve (As AngelMama mentions in her post there. Thank you:hearteyes:) or cows valve to replace ones own Mitral Or Aorta (I have had both done) and they are so good nowadays they usually last at least 20 years.

The one 6 years ago was a cows valve, and the one last week was a pigs valve.
    But listen guys.
As you all know I am a very sensitive person, and I do not want anyone taking the piss at me over this.
Otherwise I shall get VERY upset.

Do you hear me? :tonguewink:

I have heard that pigs enjoy a pail of beer.
Don't imagine they much care about the brand, though.
Doubt you're too sensitive to hear that--especially from someone who loves you!

You know me far too well Angel! :tonguewink:
But I am very fussy on Beer Brands and I keep to around 4/5 favourites which I shall have a couple of later of course.
Right now I am watching my EVERTON team who are playing away at Sheffield United.
It is 0 - 0 at Half time and we need to play better!

I suppose the opposition couldn't play worse?
    I suppose neither could.
Hope your team ratchets up their game and the opposition stick where they are.
    Hope you're having fun!

Well I am pleased to say that EVERTON WON and are mow SECOND in the Premier Leauge Mama.
What a Happy and Merry Christmas this has been for me! :):):)

Late meal time for me now at nearly 10.00PM in the UK.
Earlier I hadn’t been to the loo for four ruddy days.
Managed to do a dump earlier but it left me with rather severe tummy ache.
I think it’s just about eased off enough for me to eat food.
    Even late food.
I asked Chris to please do me another Roast Turkey Dinner.
So that’s what to is then! :)
Will watch the news and another program but not sure which.
Get Santa will be for tomorrow!

    Bye for now.

    Brother Kenny :)

I'll whisper a prayer for your belly, Brother.
All will be well soon, I hope!

Thank you for that Angel Sister.
I have had a lovely dinner and that seems to have settled my belly ache down.
But I feel really tired tonight and I think I will be going to bed shortly!
I looked in on Sky for Get Santa and Sky wanted to charge £3.50.
Not much but I would sooner wait until the film becomes free.
    My being a tight arse.
    Like! :tonguewink:

Goodnight and sweet dreams at just turned midnight here in the UK.

    You're not persistent enough!
Had to shut down roughly 100 ads, but we saw it free on 123 movies!
    Goodnight, Brother.
    Glad your belly feels better.

Good Mooning all who are still taking an interest in my Life or Death journey and shenanigans to with my heart mitral valve surgery.
    Bless you. :)
That most certainly did cheer me up no end VFC as I know you know I have an excellent sense of humour.

That bastard bus consigned to the rusty dusty heap of shit of history, and forever known as.
    The Losers Bus!:tongueout::laughing:
And it will feel extra special on New Years Eve knowing that our glorious land is once more a sovereign country.
    Yipppiiii!

    Hey Angel.
I really cannot be arsed wasting valuable life time going through all that crap for a movie, particularly as it will very likely be on free for me soon under the subscriptions I pay Sky/Netflix/Prime TV/Apple TV/ Disney Plus!
Because my darling, I subscribe to the ruddy lot.
Then I don’t just have films but also sports and box sets and far too many to mention.

Following a dump it best you weren’t in the way of just before I went to bed, plus a mini dump this morning me belly ache has gone thank you very much.
I just hope the ruddy sewers can cope.
    That’s all! :laughing::laughing::laughing:

    Sounds good, Brother.
Hopefully you won't overtax the sewage system. If you do, try to train your bowels to empty late at night. You can bury it among the dunes!
I love that you're able to smile about it all.

Keep looking after yourself, and at least one eye on the booze. :)

    Thank you Gal. :)
Yes I am feeling very much on the mend, and the main pain area on the right side of me ribs where they cut and drilled in so as to do a Thoracotomy in order to go around the back of my heart in order to replace my Mitral Valve, is finally easing pain wise.
It was really bad for a while.

I know that you know that my Wifey starts to nag me if I spend too much time sat on my arse either watching TV or my IPads or IMac computers.

I always do as I am told because I do believe in the mantra that a Happy Wife is a Happy life! :)
