You come a lot of gym fanatics who think they have it all figured out. The advice they know is normally all good (for arguments sake), but here's a few things you'll be certain you'll never hear them mention: not to eat tinned foods not to eat microwaved food turning your mobile off at night ignore any doctor's requests to take antibiotics(for the most part) having your butcher trim the fat off their steak before it's minced In other words, all their strategies are short term. People might be likely to believe you're a cynical conspiracy theorist if you voiced these points out loud, so usually I wouldn't; but I'm surprised no one else seems to bother having any awareness for these things. Just to clarify, I'm acting upon the assumption that you're are aware of the issues I've mentioned or that they may have heard scientific arguments for/agst. If not, it might be best to not comment.
I tend to eats what I like, just in moderation. I splurge here and there but don't we all? I swim a lot to keep up with what I eat
Those gym fanatics can be thick out in their own way. One moment they're pumping iron, the next moment they're under the sun beds.
There are plenty of ways to keep active. Going to a gym is a good way to be healthy, but why pay when you can get creative? Gyms aren't for everyone. I personally would rather hike or get out to the park.
Very nice advise and also very effective. I never heard these suggestions before. Thank you all for sharing wonderful health tips. I will keep these tips and information in my mind.
