Let's put this another way.....You are having a panic attack and you are high as well. Go take a nice hot shower and masterbate or something. Just relax and get your mind off of the attack. Most people don't understand a panic attack is like a fire feeding on it's self. It will burn out if you don't keep feeding it.

You people who don’t have panic attacks will never understand how real they can be; it’s easier said then done. I have hade many and I wasn’t even high. It scary when your having it

jennifer, i know you don't believe panic attacks are cause by pot. this is why it's funny. a stoner is the kind of person who doesn't have panic attacks thus doesn't take it seriously.

Sounds like someone there was too young to be smoking or something like that. They were just trippin a little on the weed is all that was.

The pot didn't cause the panic attacks.
Manifest just happened to be having one while high.

    Yes, and I agree completely.

For example, although I used to -frequently- suffer STRONG panic attacks, and KNOW for myself how overwhelming and overpowering to your self-control they are, it has never once happened to me on marijuana, simply because marijuana takes me to a place where panic attacks are not possible, its simply against my nature.

Now that nature is always me, and I don't need to get high to go there. When I get high, I just go to where I always am now, like coming home.

It's possible some of the effects of THC exacerbated it, of course, nobody would deny that. However the root cause of said anxiety is not within marijuana, but within the user. Marijuana is almost universally benin and relaxing, even if it makes your head full of thoughts.

dude i used to be like you thinking panic attacks were no big deal. But trust me once you have one it is THE WORST FEELING EVER! it feels worse than any sickness, flu, virus or anything else you can get trust me i get them without smoking weed.
P.S not trying to call you out or anything, but trust me they are really bad

My god someone who understands how bad they suck. i get them. The worst time was my first time. I was wrestling and i twisted my neck and flipped out thinking it was broken because i was feeling numbness and a tingling feeling. Later on after some research i found out that numbness and tingling are symptoms of a panic attack also and then i finally calmed down
(yes i know its weird i posted 3 replies in a row lol.)

damn. keep concentrating in the attack itself and you'll never see what's causing it.
