    no shit. she got lucky. in the article they talk about making sure that if you do the photo vigilante tactic, you better be extremely careful. one time there was this car that kept cruising my house and staring at it, slowing down, being all creep over and over again. so i just got out my camera and took pictures of his license plate then took off in my car. he sped away. he'd been charged for harassment of women before, and i had his number.
