Yes the new stuff isn't very good.

BUT. There is this 30 second riff in a song called All Nightmare Long off of Metallica's new album and it is SO sick.

It sounds just like something they would have done long ago. To bad it's only 30 seconds. But thats all I wanted from them was one more good riff and they did it.

 

I dont like how in their new cd all their effects are up so high that u cant hear him sing.. it's like, insulting him XD

 

yeah the mixing on that album is terrible. It's WAY to loud, it sounds too blurry at high volumes.

Like the first song i heard was the day that never comes, it reminded me of a bad version of trapped under ice(god i hope thats the right title XD) like all the bass and guitars and drums are so!!!!!!!!!!!! loud, it's just like in the song one, fucking dude sounds like he's mumbling compared to everything else.
