Oh, yeah. Original Q... I don't think I know anyone who wears them as a habit, but if the person typically wears pumps with pants, that could be the reason. Knee-highs are what my grandma used to wear and they are the opposite of sexy...

I never wear them. I own some tights which are thicker, and I think I have some pantyhose in a drawer somewhere in case I ever need them, but I am not in the habit of wearing them. I also don't wear business clothes, so that would be the main reason.

 

I don't wear nylons under my jeans, but I do wear them underneath my dress pants for work... I wear heels and if I wear socks it just doesn't work so therefore I wear nylons because knee highs are just not really comfy and they roll down, same with thigh highs... So I just wear nylons to work under my dress pants...
