Well, I can tell you one thing: in general, prostitutes are a gazillion times cleaner and safer than your ordinary homegrown nextdoor pussy.

That's actually an interesting observation. My experience with prostitutes in Mexico was extremely sanitary... they are very insistent on condoms (they supply them), won't suck you without them, and often won't even jerk you without a paper towel/toilet paper between their hand and your dick.
