Have you ever met anyone from these forums in person?

If so, who was it? And if not, who would you like to meet, if anyone?

 

i met three people from the forums....thegoat who's now chaosfactor, hiro, and sydburnz.....

in 7 days im meeting skylie who's now personface and maybe olhippie too.

I've also met a few folks who used to come here, but don't anymore.

 

Hopefully in a week or so I'm meeting Skylie and Interval_Illusion. I'm supposed to meet HappyHaHaGirl in a couple of weeks too.

 

i met funkyphreshmama before either of us found the boards, so that was a nice reunion. i also dated a chick who was mamaluv from the old forums, but that was long before i came here. and theres another girl i had met at a couple of shows in ohio, but i forget her name, that too was before i got here. im hopin to meet some at bonnaroo though .... ..

 

Yeah, I'm supposed to meet up with several at Bonnaroo too.

 

im suppose to see mariecstasy this summer and would love to meet so many people from here: didge, hiro and joe!

i hope to meet so many others. i am also supposed to meet 7river at the end of the month and possibly some others. me and honey are still working on that.

suppose to meet alex714 this summer. i was supposed to meet marc at bonnaroo but my life doesnt want me to go. so that one is out.and deadheadskier whenever he gets his sorry ass by my house on his way to move to florida. feckin slackers!

but to name all that i want to meet. ..........not possible. everyone brings something here. and everyone makes me intrigued by them enough to where i would wanna meet them

 

I still think you should try to go to Bonnaroo.

I met my wife here. Also have met noncomformedgirl (old HF name). Tried to meet up with a few others at shows, but it just did not work out. Hopefully I will meet up with some other kynd peeps from here this summer at a few shows............

Oh yeah I didn't answer the question. yes I have met a few from here but would love to meet many many more of them. It was a great day and we even went behind the church!!!!!!

Not too often. I know she does look around a lot, but she rarely posts here. She does check out the parenting and crafts forums a lot. Her last user name was dragonflyblue but now, I do not know what it is. I know she has wanted to change it. It might be rainbowsquidney (her daughter's nickname) now...........

There are a few people from the forums that I wouldn't mind meeting. I had a bad experience once meeting somebody from the internet though, so I'm a little cautious about doing it again.

 

ive never had a totally bad experience with any one i met off the computer...

some i would never see again if they were the last person alive but that's now....

 

I've been a regular in this chatroom for the last 2 years. I have probably met somewhere between 20-25 people from that room. So far I have not had a bad experience.

 

I'm pretty sure me and Naykidape have seen eachother at the local farmers market, but since I don't know what he looks like, I can never be sure. I like it though, looking into a crowd and having the possibility of seeing someone from the forums without even realizing it.
