I don't remember if I asked this question on this forum or not. I tried cold room in late 2017. In Beşiktaş (a district municipality in Istanbul),there is a cold room and it is the only cold in Turkey. That cold room is actually 2 rooms. One room is to get used to the less cold before you go to the more cold. The first room was at a temperature of -56*C and the second room was at a temperature of -110*C. I went to Beşiktaş for the experience. I was asked to go inside topless and with a short. So I was mostly naked. I had my shoes. They gave me a corona mask, something to cover ears and gloves. I entered the first room, which was at -56*C and this was no big deal to stay. I was asked to wait in that room a little bit before I went to the main cold room. Then I went to the other room, which is at -110*C. My heart started beating so crazy inside and I got scared of having a heart attack myself. I stayed only for 40 seconds at -110*C, and then I went back to the warmer room (-56*C) and that room felt so warm after -110*C. Then I went out. That was an scary experince. -56*C is no big deal but -110*C made my heart beat so fast that I was afraid of having a heart attack at that cold So far, nobody died from cold room. It is not allowed for people who have heart sickness but what is more, they don't check anybody's heart condition with any official paper before they let people go in there They say it was made for health porposes but I dont find anything heallthy about going to such cold. I did it for the experience myself anyway.
By the way, it is not hat, Only something to cover ears. So the head was actually open. Ears are protected only. That was it. I corrected it above. A corona mask, something to cover ears and gloves. I am topless with a short and I have my shoes.
