Ok..So it was my fault that I went to a male friends house, and while I was there watching t.v....his older brother has a friend hold me down while he got what he wanted....I never told because I knew someone would say I shouldnt have been at a guys house at all...that it was my fault !!!

 

Not in that case, because you had no idea and the dangers were invisible.
But in the case where you go to a party full of people you have never seen, smoking weed, taking drugs and drinking alchohol, the dangers are more obvious.

 

Thats not fair !!!...she was at a place with a group of people that she thought she knew....the people acted friendly so why would she think she was in danger..and just because she was having a good time doesnt mean she wanted to get laid for gods sake...she never said yes..and like our brother said..even if she had, which she didnt, she can change her mind ..and it was RAPE ...its wrong no matter what !!!

My own guilt? Rape is discusting and im 15, wouldnt dream of it.
I was referring to one of the original poster's not every single rape case ever. But going to a party full of people you dont know when they all taking drugs is risky.
Going off into the woods with a guy you barely know to smoke some weed IS risky, its your own fault if you put yourself into that situation.

No...not if he was a friend of a friend sort of thing....I would think he was being friendly...we are talking about the way a young girl thinks...and thats just it...she thinks the guy is beaing friendly, not stalking her like some predator..I trusted my rapist because he was my friends brother..and the guy that held me was someone i had known for years and thought was my friend.
