actually... as someone knows... me (from italy) and cloud_flower (from denmark..but no longer in the forum) had a wonderful long lasting relationship.. 1 year and half... ok... then we broke.. but this is another story..

It's hard (as someone has posted previously) to have a crush on someone u haven't seen. I'd rather think I've had the opportunity to find a connection to someone based not on how they look but on the beauty of their mind and personality. It's a recipe for a better relationship in the long run I think.

This is true. I met my current boyfriend on these forums. He had posted something, and I followed through on an impulse and decided to IM him one day. Well...it's been almost a year and 1/2 now, and we've talked every day since...hehe... We fell in love with each other's minds and personalities first, and our relationship is fucking awesome. Of course...the physical attraction is there too... hehehe.....
