My dreads are only about 5 months old and they're going pretty fine, but I've heard that things like biotin and vitamin A work well, so I just want to make sure they actually do make a noticeable difference than if a person wasn't taking any.
biotin just makes hair grow faster, but i like to stick natural, just eat healthy. also, rosemary helps with the hair growth. u can make a tea/rinse it with some thyme or some other herbs. i wouldnt worry bout it man. my dreads just turned 10 months and they r doing fine
I Took A Silica Supplement For A While To Try And Speed Up The Growth, My Hair Is Very Fine And At Least 60% Of Growth Goes Into The Locking Process.... Also I Am Not As Young As You Guys And As You Get Older Your Hair Grows Slower, This Biotin You Speak Of, Is That The Brand Name And Is It Available Over The Counter Or Must You Have A Script....??? Cheers Glen.
I use "Great hair" Is a super high dose of Biotin, you can find it in your local health food store. It has helped my hair grow like crazy, and I feel like it keeps them strong (I have fine hair, strength is a big concern of mine)
I like the way that guy thinks. In fact, I think I might just test this theory out. Maybe even a few times repeated. Il report back wiff the results. Maybe.
Fructose has a product I use in my hair. I don't have dreads but it ads vitamins and stuff and it smells nice. =]
Just Bought Some From A Health Products Store, Stand Well Back Folks Cause In A Few Hours GLEN Is Going To Have Dreads Down To His Knees... Cheers Glen.
I'm reading about biotin now. Seems to be a 50/50 product. Either works or it doesn't. Guess that's most products tbh but then some forums say it increased hair loss. =0
