Has anyone ever met up with anyone here?

Well yes of course.
But to tell you the truth I enjoy being in Female company rather than Male as I love the female genre.
And that doesn’t mean I am trying to get into anyones nickers either.
I just love Women.

I met one for about two minutes a few years back. Never saw her again though and she doesn't post. Any of you ever get out to Eugene--let me know. I would be glad to meet up.

Just remembered --almost met up with 6 a couple years ago for coffee. Don't know how that would have worked out!

 

I'll mention this again: Years ago a guy in here set up a big meet for any of us in the forum to meet down in Ashland. There was a lot of enthusiasm and folks from here in Oregon and some other states were planning to go. He built it up and it was on!! Then one of the members--erzebet, I think, went to check out the address given, since she lived close to it. Turns out it was a little old ladys house that had NO idea about any meet up at all!! She informed everyone and there was much disappointment that a useless scam was trying to be pulled. Saved out- of -staters long trips for nothing. The scammer disappeared , of course.

 

17 years- daaaamn!!

I’ve talked to a few folks on the phone and emailed some- that’s about it. Very nice and genuine souls that I would actually like to meet in person!

 

It would have worked out as you said about politics, but he was getting out of control there before he left. All my old friends were repubs and we had to agree NEVER to talk politics again if we were to remain friends. They're all dead now, so I guess that'll teach em"!

 

There are some on here I would love to meet for a beer ! the Two above posters are high on that list

About 12 years ago, I met up with someone who lived 4 miles from me.
We met had a coffee/lunch and arranged to meet again - but didn't ....
Until ...
About 5 years ago when; through another source, we met again.
It took a few minutes before I recognised them. - though they said they did not recognose me - .... I guess that's me leaving an impression - lol

 

AND?

 

Once again, they said they'd keep in touch (albeit more with my friend than I) = AND once again they failed to do so - ah well = their loss

All you have to do is ignore the fact that girls are female and treat them as everyday friends.
That is the way that true friendships begin.

When you say that you never chat to women, I am certain that when a woman is serving you at a shop you do not have a problem. That is because you just see them as a fellow human being.
