Has anyone ever met up with anyone here?

Has anyone ever met anyone in real life that they met from here on the site? If so, how did it go? Just super curious. ❤

 

I've met about 10 people from this site and half I met more than once. Every initial encounter was good, there were only 2 where the subsequent encounters were kind of sketch and really only one of those resulted in figurative bad blood.

 

What happened with the bad encounters, if you dont mind me asking?

They weren't really bad encounters, it was more the way the nights ended. The one that didn't really have any fallout was we were out at a club and the guy just left without saying anything.

The other one where there was a fallout, we went to a rave where I bought the tickets and dosed us with some obscure psychedelic drug. He ended up buying a whole bunch of drugs while there and didn't consider to save a few bucks for public transportation to get back home and he asked me to pay for his tickets and I wouldn't cover him. I forget exactly but I was either low on cash myself or didn't have anymore cash on me and would have had to walk to a bank, which wasn't happening at nearly sunrise.

 

Oh wow. How did you just decide to meet up with strangers you talked to on the internet? I'm curious.

 

Not personally but I know of dozens of individual meet & greets over the 17 year span I’ve been posting on this site

Well I haven’t yet had a meet with anyone from this forum yet but a couple years ago I met up with 4 lovely Ladies in Liverpool from the previous forum I was a member of.
We stayed in a Premier Inn for two nights so that was nice.

I was born in Liverpool so I was able to show them around my lovely home town.
The Ladies lived in other parts of the country so obviously they were thrilled I was able to look after them so well.

During the day I took them down by the waterfront by the Liver Buildings and all along the refurbished Docks and into shopping in Liverpool 1
I took them to fancy French and Italian restaurants in the evenings for excellent food, and then on to the Cavern Club where there was a band playing, and we had a ball!

Look at me in the middle of the four Women there grinning like a Cheshire Cat!
I was like a pig in poo!

Unfortunately the picture quality is not great and not flattering to my handsome looks as they were taken on my I Pad.

 

I never meet any lady of any age. I am bored of having to talk to males all my life. That is so fucking boring.

 

I have met a couple of people off here and it was OK ! nothing put me off doing it again

Oh yeah went to the cavern club with Morrow and a Bob Dylan concert But I met her off another Forum

 

I am very sorry to read your various posts on this forum Grandeur, as you do seem to be leading a very sad and angry life.
If you feel that just talking to males is so ‘fucking’ boring as you put it, then I doubt I would wish to be in your company on a forum meet anyway.
Perhaps an anger management course of some sort may help you?
