Harold Ramis has passed away today. I didn't know that Harold Ramis was the director of Groundhog Day, one of my favorite movies. I thought I was the only person who had a religious experience with that movie. Nope! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BkEUpymTanA"]Harold Ramis on the Metaphor of Ground Hog Day - YouTube
Wow!! Was H. Ramis's desire to become as God realized by dying now, OR was his erotic value to know the future for the fulfillment of Ground Hog day freed unto the Known being-in-the-world competing over contingent actuality at last defined. We make sense as independent knowers. :biker:
I've just met God in a whole new light and it's fascinating. In this instance, God isn't found in Holy Scripture or Hollywood movies ... but a business deal happening in a telephone call that I'm legally spying on. "This is not a game. They're powerful, powerful legal documents"... whoa. I'm listening, all ears. You're right, we make sense (mind money) as independent knowers. What I think is so interesting about Harold's passing is how Groundhog Day is (seemingly) getting more attention than Ghostbusters. Could it be because Groundhog Day gives us some sort of Truth, while Ghostbusters is more fun and fantasy? Life becomes more real, when somebody dies.
I thought he was the funniest of all the GhostBusters .. hope he come back as a ghost and haunt the library..just for laughs..
