Hardcore Barefooters?

That’s great and I bet your feet thank you for not wearing shoes . I have seen others that wear shoes all the time and they tell me their feet hurt and they don’t know why I tell them it’s the shoes if you would just not wear shoes for a little while like on your days off let you feet be free you will notice that they will not hurt that much but they wear shoes when they get up in the morning until they go to bed. All I know Being barefoot has helped me a lot with my health and I would not trade my bare feet lifestyle for anything.

 

Thanks and yes they do. Going barefoot has stopped bunions that were being caused by tight-fitted combat boots I used to wear before I knew any better. You're right regarding others being hesitant to just take a small break from their shoes. They seem to not realize it is actually the shoes that are hurting their feet. If they would remove the shoes, their feet would grow stronger and healthier and they would notice those good benefits. All we can do is keep living barefoot and leading by example. That's awesome the barefoot lifestyle has helped you so much with your health. Your feet definitely appreciate it I'm sure. Yes, living the bare feet lifestyle is freeing and helps us relax and appreciate life more. Incredible for our health. I would not give it up for anything either.

Same here it’s partly cloudy and the temperature is in the 70’s great barefoot weather. I did some landscaping this morning and yes I did I barefoot I cut my lawn and string trim in bare feet. Yes my toes get a little green but it washes off. You will notice the more you go barefoot the better your feet will feel . I even go camping and fishing barefoot I even work out barefoot and the gym I go to are good with me being barefoot. I do notice that now a few more people work out barefoot too . Keep barefooting

 

Today I had to go and pick up some river rock and a place where a friend of mine works at and he told me just be careful walking barefoot in the back lot . Where the rock is at so I pick up the rock came home and started to put it where I needed it and it looks great . The guy’s that work the lot Were really surprised that someone would be barefoot on the lot . Here’s a picture of what I was doing and you can see my bare feet

 

A wonderful day. The 70’s is ideal barefoot weather. Landscaping while barefoot is always fun, as is doing yard work barefoot. I enjoy doing both, just hesitant with the mower and bare toes. Green toes sounds fun to have; I imagine it washes off feet way easier than off of shoes, so barefoot wins again. You are absolutely right when you say "the more you go barefoot the better your feet will feel." I have definitely noticed that over my years of barefooting. Are there any worries about ticks biting feet while camping? Awesome that the gym you go to lets you be barefoot. Right on for more people working out barefoot there!

You were probably the first barefooter to be on their lot. Great picture. Your rock laying looks nice.

Thanks and I really don’t worry about ticks biting me I have been going camping barefoot for years and so far so good. And how I post pictures is I go to the bottom of where you are writing and you see post reply upload a file go to upload a file and their you can take a picture or go to your Gallery and that’s where you can upload picture. I hope that helps you out

 

You're welcome. Good to hear and it would be easy to spot any ticks on bare feet. I can always feel it when an ant starts crawling on my foot. That's awesome you have been going camping barefoot for years and no tick issues so far. Thanks for sharing how you post pictures. Where do I create a Gallery? I do not see an option for it. It worked and nice picture and nice anklet. I can feel when a ant crawls on me but the bottoms of my bare feet are hard so I feel some stuff not all

 

Yeah finally lol. I looked into why I cannot post up actual pictures yet and it's because I am still a Newbie here on the forums. Thank you. I wear an anklet on most days during the warm season. Your feet must be incredibly hard after living barefoot for decades. You should post a picture of your soles.

 

Here’s what the bottoms of my bare feet look like my left and my right my soles stay a little black but that’s from walking around in stores fast foods restaurants.

Yes they are and a lot of the places I go to they know me as barefoot Rick . Yesterday I was mowing the lawn and string trimming it also I notice that one of my toe rings was loose come to find out it was broken I don’t know how I did that. Now I got to get a new one . And today it’s only in the 50’s this morning was in the 30’s a little cool but still good to go barefoot. I hope you have a great barefoot day barefoot land-surfer

 

Very cool how most know you as barefoot Rick. Aw man, I'm sorry to hear that one of your toe rings broke. Is there a way to fix it? If it's too damaged you should definitely get a new one. Chilly weather for you, but yes, still good for being barefoot. Thank you barefoot Rick. Today is 80 degrees and very humid here. My toe ring broke in half so I have to get a new one and you’re welcome. Today is a lot warmer then yesterday it’s in the 60’s and yes I’m having a great barefoot day. I hope you have a great surf skateboard and barefoot day .

Yeah, when barefoot it cuts down on riskier behavior compared to when in shoes. Hope you've been having good barefoot days lately barefoot Rick. It's been in the mid-50's and 60's temperature-wise here. Just spent my evening working out in the garden. The feeling of fresh, cool soil on bare feet feels great!

 

Barefoot land surfer I know that feeling of cool soil on bare feet is a great feeling. And thanks and yes I been having a couple of great barefoot day I hope you are having great barefoot days too. Tomorrow here is going to be 93 degrees and it’s still good barefoot weather.
