we've known he was going in for a little while, but its just like, he's almost two weeks in, and the jails up in virginia so I haven't been able to see or talk to him yet, and I'm getting worried about him man, he's my boy

 

Hopefully its not too bad, ive got a couple friends whove gone to jail for stuff like that and they said they spent most of their time bored doing pushups and stuff (pretty cliche i know)

I mean he had so many drugs that they didn't even charge him with possession on some of them. he was a dealer in durham, of course he had a gun man, but it wasn't concealed it was on his empty passenger seat right where it should be. he's young and he did well in school, so they dropped a lot of his charges and only gave him forty something days, but shit still can happen to a sixteen year old kid in that time span

who cares if he had a gun with his weed. as long as he wasn't jacking people. If you're gonna be a dealer, especially a dealer that deals more than one substance, its best to stay strapped. Two of my bud dealers have now been jacked and quit dealing because of it -_-. if only they'da had a gun. then people wouldnt fuck with them

maybe not...i just checked gun laws for missouri at least and its 18 to buy ANY gun - regardless, i'm sure this is one of the most lenient gun law states

 

well my point was, that it's dumb and pointless to have a gun if you're only slinging weed. yea i've heard about people getting robbed just in the weed game (i have myself even) but a gun is just gonna make shit worse. if you have a gun sitting next to your weed, when you get busted...it becomes a felony. now don't go quoting me cuz i could be wrong, but the basic point is true...weed = slap on the wrist maybe
weed + gun = in some deep shit

therefore it was dumb

dumb to sell "other drugs"
and let's admit it

even dumb to sell weed
even though it is JUST WEED, shit like this still happens
if you have to have a gun to sling weed, change the fuckin people you sell to. that's my advice

Its stupid as fuck when people carry around guns when there just selling weed. Why risk getting a felony charge on you.

But for someone dealing with qp's or even hp's its not worth it, the weed is worth less than the chance of getting caught
