I don't think they believed my sincerity in celebrating International Laundry Day

 

A woman's day is inherently sexist. It lumps all women together. Just like I wouldn't belong in any men's day. It'd be like lonely old me celebrating Valentine's day.

I don't really know what international women's day is supposed to be about, but I guess I assumed that it was a celebration of women in general, not a specific type of woman.

If there where a Man's day they would probably all try to compete with each other over dumb stuff. Take it as a day to prove you are a Man, as opposed to male

I've just never been a stereotypically "manly man." I honestly don't identify with other men. I don't especially appreciate "confidence" in a man. I think it's ugly.
