Hi people, thought I'd drop a line into this friendly looking thread. I used to be openly hippy, or at least something like it, nowadays I'm in the hippy closet. I turned to the dark side and became a commercial pop culture ho instead. Which has its own charms.

Currently watching UK Big Brother follow up show. It's like brain-crack. So bad for me, but I love it.

Hope everyone else is being more protective of their karmas

by the way..my eye..is still not O.K..I have to use drops,and as a matter of fact..I hope I feel allright soon...I'm longing for my holiday...:love:
between 21st July-12 august..I'll probably be out of the house..i gave the keys from room 4 to roamy and maura..they will keep an eye to it while I'm away..i trust these ladies..see that starlight does not do anything around my room,roamy..what a naughty goat..gosh...who invented Bilberry goats?

Hey thanks mvmcd1950... I'll watch out for starlight but I like goats, they're pragmatic AND cute. It's like the perfect mix. Plus I'm capricorn. So I'm pragmatic and cute*.

*at least 50% of this statement is true-ish.

I hope your eye clears up before your holiday. Yesterday I saw the doctor and got the prescription for my new glasses but the doctor said I really did not need to wear them. I usually get transition lenses that darken when I am in brightness so will be getting the prescription filled next week because the brightness does bother me when I am outside.

I've put all my sandals+leather gear locked up in a cupboard in my room...that way starlight will not be able to eat my sandals etc...ahah

Roamy
I had my right eye cataracts operated on June 10 and the left one done July 1. I have been mostly missing because it has been difficult to read the computer (although that is getting better). Tomorrow I go to the optometrist to pick out some new glass frames and I should get the glasses in a week or so. My operations both went very well and I am pleased with the results. The world is a lot brighter these days.
