Hello Spectacles and Roamy doing well hobbling about a whole heap more than I was,getting out a bit better and feeling on the road to recovery..

Good to be back, off soon to meditate at a retreat centre really looking forward to the break within.

so are ya outa your wheelchair now dancin' ?how long is your retreat for?that will be nice for you after all you've been through.kept busy with loadsa different stuff as usual.the weathers gettin' cold hear now.minus 4 promised for tonight.but its nice an dry an theres a 3 quarter moon out .our town christmas tree lights got turned on tonight.it looks very pretty now.an i got 3spins on the merry go round horses.are ya still in a lota pain dancin?

How's everyone today? I'm feeling awesome today, makes a change! Still busy busy though
Took babyp into the cat shelter today to meet the new kitty, the kid was more interested in the other cats in their cages rather than our one, oh and the cats toys..ah well! Yay cats lol.

How I miss the emerald isle even the cold, I may try and get there this spring/summer ...
I am going to stay with a friend for a few days before hand in Wales and help her with her exhibition and stall, sitting is something I can do..

the retreat is for 10 days although I have decided to stay on for a further 7 to serve and make sure I dont come out and fall into the solstice/ Christmas mode .... I shall be home for my son the day before the eve.. Pain is better been out of the wheel chair since end of aug start of sept.. limpy doo although not to bad if I rest and try not to gadavant about too much...

I read somewhere that cats don't know how small they are...What do I mean?...That is,in their heads,psychologically they still think they're as big as Lions and Tigers...This is why they always seem so chilled and relaxed.Till they are chased by a dog..And then...Scram...
