Aww roamy I love that!!! I have such good memories being in Ireland, seems me and my sister made up lots of songs over there! I remember being first introduced to my cousins, and they had a treehouse that we played in, and a field of bulls that we ran through. So much fun, I remember being really shy too! My grandma was one of eight children in her family and I think we visited them all, I remember we stayed with my aunts joan and nora, we even made up a song that we sang every morning to joan something like 'auntie Joan auntie Joan wake up auntie Joan' to a little tune! Every morning for 3 weeks and the house she lived at (it wasn't at the farm) had a window looking out onto the street and me and my sister would poke our heads out and shout 'HI' to everyone walking past then quickly hide and laugh!!
ha! ha! thats so cute mama,ye guys with ye're little heads sticking out the window saying hi ta everyone an then hiding an laughing.i bet auntie joan missed her tune when ye were gone home again.i remember loadsa funny things to mama.one of the funniest things was, well it it was sad but funny at the same time.it was my great uncle michael,we were great pals.he was very old and had a lot of pain from old war wounds,so was in bed a lot.and every mornin' the first thing i'd do when i woke up was go up and jump up and down and say wake up uncle michael! wake up! an sometimes he'd pretend ta be still asleep and then he'd sit up suddenly in the bed an grab and tickle me til i nearly died from laughing.but one mornin' he did'nt an i kept saying wake up! wake up!and then daddy came up the stairs and brought me down ta mammy.uncle mike was after dying in his sleep. r.i.p.and could'nt wake up! that was sad,but what was funny was when they put him in the coffin ta bring him down for the wake ,they had ta get a chainsaw an cut the turn on the loft stairs away ta get the coffin down around the corner of it.ha! ha!anyway the motto of that story is uncle mike always made me laugh and even in death he was still doing it!any wakes after that were never the same without the chainsaw addition ha! ha!:love:x
Aww roamy that is sad and funny! Bless ya heart  its good though when you always remember the good fun times even if your sad! I prefer remembering the good stuff but i do remember my auntie nora falling down the stairs and she was quite old too which was scary, but after she was helped up she just started laughing and then it was all fine again!
it sure is aery ha! ha! there was someone minding aunty nora that time mama.to fall down the stairs and survive, especially in her older years.i fell down a stairs once to when i was still drinking.i still remember putting my foot out and it not landing on a step.then i just went right through the air an landed hard on my ass on the cement hallway.and just started laughing.i was fine to,just a really sore ass for a while. ha! ha! but when i got sober and heard bout so many others that fell down stairs to an broke their necks, i realised how lucky i was.i always think now that i must have landed that time on the wings of angels:Angel_anim:just like your aunty did:Angel_anim:
 and babyp has woken up feeling much better she's eating a banana too yay! Still cranky though but she's a toddler, its what they do lol
Morning Mama and everyone.Glad Babyp is feeling better. It's very grey and rainy here today in London...A typical November Sunday.
Glad to hear that LittleP is feeling better. Good Morning MamaP. Good Morning Fairlight. Have some sunshine :sunny:
Very rainy indeed although the sun has just popped out to say hi :sunny: That banana didn't stay down long so I'm gunna call the doctors
I was hopeful... It's almost 6AM and I'm going to bed. I hope she feels lots better next time I check in.
Thank you I'm hoping she will be, she seems herself now, a little tired but playing like normal, and she has an appetite, she just can't keep it down!
How's everything in the house?? I'm looking forward to next saturday's gig=reggae versus flowerpower music.. it's 1 of these rainy boring days over here in Belgium.. well..on All Saints day(1st November)I went to my Dad's grave.. and put a big pot of purple chrysanthemum flowers... it's a yearly thing to be done here..felt sad looking at my fathers picture.. because...I could not say a word of goodbye when he died in 1982.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jUn-Xx8ITuQ"]Marcus Viana - Entre Dos Mundos (O Clone) - YouTube
