Slightly before my time, I think, cos I was a bit of a baby when I hit San Francisco. I was 16 in 68-69. I arrived on the West Coast in January 69, and the standard then was I as far as I can remember, 250. But then it wasn't unknown to double up. (Helps Shameless clearing the table.)

 

Hun, 16 in the Haight in '69 was a full fledged citizen if she could conduct herself as such.
LOL I recall a 16 year old little blond who during a raid on the apartment next door marched over to demand to see a warrent. The cop countered with a demand for ID!
