I didn't sleep well, either. To top it all off I had a cramp in my thigh? I have had lower leg cramps, but in the thigh? That was a first for me.
I did NOT sleep at all from saturday evening till sunday night...party vibes.. a cramp???can be very bloody painfull,aeri.. I get them sometimes in my lower foot... but I curse them away(joke)they last 2 minutes... I have to bite my teeth then,..you know what i mean??
Usually, with calf cramps, if I turn my toes toward my head for a couple of seconds it releases. Luckily, the thigh cramp didn't last long.
