I haven't been around for awhile- - Good to see things are all good at the homestead.
Had some personal issues & had to pop up to NY for a few days- - Mom is in her 80,s and not in good health these days ,so I stopped by and stayed at my younger sisters place for a few days- - Yeah, she has a computer, but I stayed off- and just tried to be supportive -

Anyway, now jack is back
Its 4 AM - of course I'm up ,wide awake, and looking for something to do- or someone to have a coffee with-
So when you all get up and see me out in the garden ,(probably smokin a cig)- dont fret, it only me- back from a few days sabbatical
At 5 (in another hour)- Ill be on my way toward the ocean- (you guys know the routine by now)
So kick off the sneakers, moccasins, or sandals and join me on the sand- by the life guard stand

Thanks for the good wishes, , yeah when I start thinking I'm gettin older...there always someone older..and not in good health.......I really am thankful that Ive stayed somewhat healthy thru the yrs- and with the lifestyle I used to live> it really is kind of a miracle-

I'm heading down to catch the sunrise, (so leave on the east side of the house)- I forgot my sand chair, if you,re comin down after you awake ,could you grab it for me, also grab a Frisbee---Every once in awhile I need to get these old bones moving...& nothin like a little Frisbee to get the blood movin
And this way , if the girls bring the dogs we all can get involved:willy_nilly: & get a little crazy at 5 am-

iF YOUR still awake and a little buzzed- come down to the beach- - Take a dip in the ocean, the water is warm but will wake ya up a bit-
Dont worry..Ill watch ya..make sure ya dont float out to Hawaii

No worries bro I'll snag the chair and a frisbee or two. One for the dogs of course. I'll be down in a bit I never seem to sleep very much as of late. Idk why but i just had this feeling somethin was a foot in you woods. The last i recall u was heading to dunkin donuts and then all was erie silence my man. So i thought i would hit u up with a msg and see if u won the mega millions or somethin lol. We need to look out for each other thats for sure. I know i havent been kind to my body and it lets me know about it everyday. I've rods brackets and screws in a good portion of my lower back. I manage though and am trying to embrace life again and move past the past if you know what i mean. I'll stop with my rambling too much info right. anyhow happy to see ya back man. I let you enjoy your morning while i go beat up my bed for a cpl hours.
