Did you guy know that during 69 and 70 Bill Graham booked Santana like every second week at ether Winterland or the Carousel Ballroom (the second Fillmore) http://www.chickenonaunicycle.com/Carousel History.htm Three act shows, in 69 and 70. Santana was his almost regular opening act or the second billing act. I went to two different places one on Fri and one on Sat. I was seeing Santana every two week like clock work there for a while. For Bill Graham they where cheap and close by. The entire band lived local, probable 2 miles south of the Carousel. (Fillmore.)

Loved that album when I was a kid. Listening to that right now. Yeah, this thread is like 8 pages longer than it was when I left 4 hours ago.
Just had a 2 hour argument with a Jewish woman about whether or not kosher meat is really kosher these days. Walked away with a headache and one of those "what the hell did I just do with the last 2 hours of my life?" moments.
I love that clip and had it in my favorites on youtube. that :drummer: solo is awesome. kid was 19 I think ....then one sad day it was removed from youtube and I went :willy_nilly:....tonight I found it again and I was like :groupwave: I hate those moments.
I hate it when I realize I just got done doing something that, if I saw anybody else doing it, I would be standing there the whole time thinking "Dude, what are you, an idiot?".
Yeah but when you realize it and do it anyway. . . Ah, oh well, arguing is fun. And we parted on good terms, which doesn't always happen.
