I am loving it. Tell me please, is the Tate Modern, the very same thing as the Tate Gallery? Or is the Tate Modern something new that I am not aware of.

I was in the Tate Gallery back in '79. They had on display a marble piece titled Pandora. The Face was the Most beautiful thing that anyone has ever seen. Unbelievable.

She was looking down, and I lay on the floor looking up in order to appreciate it.

Please tell me that you can go and see the very same marble sculpture! It was spectacular!

Kenny the Tate modern has more recent/modern artwork in it. I go there a fair amount, they have people like Mark Rothco and Tracey Emin. They always have one big piece in the lobby, last time I went there was a giant metal box that was complete darkness inside and you could walk through it to the end, it was very odd indeed.

 

Yes Kenny.The Tate you're talking about is the "Tate Britain".It's on the river as I'm sure you'll remember.I've been there many times.Used to walk four miles there and back every weekend when I was a young teen.The Tate Modern is on the other side of the river a mile or two East.It's was converted from some kind of old building I don't know what it was before.Ciao for now!

Thanks for all the suggestions and good energy regarding my ear problem. It seems to be better or the tramadol my son and husband shared with me takes care of it just right.

Shameless, does the ear candling work beyond the ear drum? This problem is the tube behind the ear drum.

Dancing, I have turquoise and may give it a try. Normally, I use amber for ear problems. I'm going to get out my amber chip necklace and wear it; it's so much easier to keep it on and still be going about your business. I love stones and crystals for healing and I have a fairly large collection.

im sorry i have been away from the house lately, have to work to keep up my share of the bills. usually i can check in here at work but lately half of the time after i send a message i get the white wall of death. so it gets so annoying that its easier just to read and not try any big replies. today will be an easy one. six hours and i will be back in room 13 waiting to welcome any visitors.

 

I'm drinking a few glasses of red and then I'm going to have an early night.I really tied one on last night...I enjoyed the exhibition.
