Ty; you should have my neighbors. To start with we have the VA crowd including a Nam Vet bike gang....Color Guard with maybe more than a fair share of original 1%ers, black ops vets, serious survilists/prepers, and then theres the hard core natives both mountain red necks and indigenous.

On the other hand scratch a gun toting local and find a biker/hippie.

 

Hi, Roamy. That tattoo is a heart being pierced by a yellow rose. It is in memory of my mom. It symbolizes her heart being pierced by the death of my brother. The yellow rose is for some yellow roses she had in the yard that she loved.

Independence Day aka The Fourth Of July. Commemorates the USA declaring independence from Great Britain in 1776.

These are mostly store-bought firecrackers. More bang than brilliance.

This is it so far, on my right arm, two roses (so far) and a closed rose bud. The roses represent my daughter, they are her birth flower and her middle names rose. The closed bud is for my little ones who didnt quite make it to earth to blossom. Were adding more detail around the edges (leaves and patterny bits) it goes right over my shoulder. Totally love it, it means so much to me, its a work in progress as in any other children will have their birth flower added, I get little bits done to it every month

That's interesting... Not many of those around here.


Here it's more like "I'm the reason their life sucks so much..." You would not believe some of the looks I get. There have been people that crossed the road with their kids so we didn't share the same sidewalk. Many of them have nicknamed me "The Wizard" (Not bad... I'll accept that even if they mean it in a negative way)


I also had a "knock on your door and convert you baptist" tell me that Goddess worship and Native American spirituality was "Satanism"... I asked "How could Native Americans be Satanists?" he said "Because they didn't follow Jesus" I then asked "How could they if they were on another continent?" .... I think there's a secret symbol on my house now because they don't come around here anymore.


Anyways... sounds like some of us live in "Not so great surroundings" in the real world....
