Find a lampworking buddy with an oxygen concentrator, and drink more water!

pure oxygen is very good for hangovers, we got an oxygen concentrator that we run a glass torch off of, suck off that for a while.

I usually just drink my morning coffee (usually about 3-4 cups) and eat some toast with jelly on it and go back to sleep.

when i've been drinking i have something to eat before going to bed, drink a couple cups of red bush tea & take a pint of water to bed with me. this usually stops me having a hangover.

if i do still feel shit in the morning then a full english breakfast is the only thing that will see me right. bacon, eggs, shrooms, beans, chopped toms, maybe some linconshire sausage, plenty of toast & plenty of tea. yummy, i could just eat this now.
