I have a house in the Pasadena area that needs the TLC of someone who knows how to do ceiling to floor cleaning. I have neither the time nor the strength for the undertaking. This can lead to a regular gig. There is NO living space available in the offer. I also have overgrown vegetation that needs trimming and a possible outside painting to be done. Serious only.
