The lawn is a "spooky" lawn of a 20 room mansion in England Welch was staying at.
The pond in North Carolina was a strange 90 foot diameter depression supposedly discovered near Winston-Salem by some dirt bikers twenty miles into the woods that was perfectly round and had sides like melted glass. It was never there before and no construction tracks or equipment were found and they couldn't figure out how it was made.
