Dracula Frankenstein The Bride of Frankenstein The Invisible Man The Werewolf of London The Wolf Man Invasion of the Body Snatchers Them! The Exorcist Amityville Horror Scream (and its sequels) Son of Frankenstein Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman The Thing From Another World The Birds The Faculty The Sixth Sense
Halloween the original from 1978 all the way through the last Halloween movie made in 2011 I think it was, there is a new one coming out on October 18th with Jamie Lee Curtis, I can't wait! Michael Myers is the best deranged psychopath ever
To name some that weren't mentioned yet (Many of these are really good too): Insidious The Conjuring Dead Silence The Funhouse Massacre The Scarehouse Eden Lake Deliver Us From Evil Tales From The Hood When A Stranger Calls Annabelle: Creation It Follows Lights Out
Blair Witch The Ring Cabin in the Woods Paranormal Activity (scary AF!!) Ratter (it was bad but scary, lol)
Evil Dead 2 The others Shaun of the dead Interview with a vampire I like Alien a lot too but not a typical Halloween movie imo. More a scifi
Ya know what would be scary? If we all set cameras up at night like in that series, after we go to bed...and watch the recording the next day. I don’t have the courage!
was the remake of Evil Dead any good? I remember the screaming hurt my ears in the original, like that tree monster that was raping the girl. it made horrible noises.
I'm not sure. I'm not big on gore/splatter horror but would check this one out because I do dig Evil dead a lot. It's kind of cult and has just the right amount of funny (Evil dead 3: Army of Darkness was even funnier but less horror. Like that one as well though and dare to recommend it for Halloween). Ash is Bruce Campbell! Btw i also noticed there's a series on Netflix in the same vein. Ash vs. the Evil dead or something. First episode was classic right away lol Campbell and so Ash too have aged a bit but that first episode was promising!
Next to the all the Halloween movies, Hellraiser is definitely another great. I always like to get my candy corn clump and nuzzle up on the couch with some nice Pinhead
I think the movie that scares me the most is probably Candyman. I'm not even sure what it is about it. Something about Candyman's back story and the way he died and then those damn project apartments are creepy as fuuuuck..worked really well for the setting of a horror movie
It was a bit fucken weird. I'll have to watch again. But it didn't wasn't great the first two times I seen it.
I have to watch the goonies again that shit creeper me out when I was real small. I can't remember it, but I can remember being scared. My eldest sister still brings it up.
