I don't think its the best.... 'Revolver', 'Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band', 'Abbey Road', 'The Beatles', 'Magical Mystery Tour', 'Forever Changes', 'Piper at the Gates of Dawn', and 'Everyone Deserves Music' are all better, along with many others I'm sure, imo
