PR isnt working for them at the moment. They need a different form of PR i reckon. Single transferable vote is the way to go.

Its because of the crazy coaltions going on. The majority may not change much, but since there is never an overall majority, the coalitions are changng all the time, and each coaltion counts as a diferent goverment.
