Why I go to the gym- I actually enjoy it. I like having more muscle than the average person. I love the process of changing your body composition through exercise and diet to meet my goals. Oh, and my man digs it.
I agree, some women are just naturally thin or have very monitored diets. Nothing wrong with being skinny as long as you are healthy. In addition, I had more knee problems being 20 pounds over weight than I did when i was a long distance runner and of normal weight. The more weight I lose, the better I feel. My doctor told me yesterday i've lost too much, too fast, but there's no point in lolly gagging along losing weight at a snail's pace now, is there? Plus, I am starting to remember how well clothes drapped on me and how light my step is. Nothing wrong with beign thin.
I urge you to go back a few pages and look at Keira Knightly. If you think there is nothing wrong with being that thin.... I just, really don't know what to say
I think I'll just lick em both to find out... PS she does look over thin there. Altho I think its partly the makeup on her face. |But yeah her chest does look very flat... She looked great last night, not so this morning. (Hmmm like I never said that before ...LOL)
Hmm 1st pic she does look terrific. The tits look a bit small but I'll put that down to the photo.Tell her I *might* be able to fit her in next Thursday. However, offscreen , I know she sounds like a really annoying toff. So I'm hoping she doesn't talk with her mouth full.. Talking of lollipops, will she lick mine?Hmmm.
Yes...there is a point. Losing the weight at a reasonable pace will help you retain your lean mass (muscle, a metabolically active tissue) and ensure that you are indeed losing fat. General rule of thumb- the faster you lose weight, the faster you will gain it back.
Not everyone is there for body building, and I don't see how exercising to lose weight is a bad thing... sounds like you have some self issue problems....
She's jutted her shoulders fowards and has a lot of highlighter on her cheekbones. She has always been thin. Some people are naturally that way. I think it's a bigger deal to be significantly over weight and much less healthy than being a bit underweight, unless you are taking unhealthy measures to be that thin. I know a lot of raw foodist who are that thin and are the healthiest people I know.
Well said. Some people have small bones too. Everyone is "too thin" according to my mother. But she's got thick bones, and she's fat. But the main criteria for underweight is non-existent muscle mass. And thats pretty rare. The idea of "fattening someone up" is usually a bit bizarre IMO.
I've been taking your and Fitzy's awesome advice and have been eating lots of protein and doing resistance. It's really helped a lot wiht not looking flabby and the weight is coming off effortlessly. I don;t even have to try anymore now that I got over my sugar addiction. I don't think i realized how bad my sugar addiction was or how many calories I was consuming before.
:cheers2:Good stuff. Remember salads and water etc too. I've upped my protein again and find that my exercise recovery time is better too.
You can see her ribs, and her head looks so much larger than what it should. Her arms look hollow in the middle. And I'll just remind you, she used to look like this:
Studio type lights make people look very defined. Was that from when she did the film Domino- about the fitness fanatic Bounty Hunter. She looks sort of like a gynast or a long distance runner there. I notice her arms don't have fat.But have *some* muscle.
We may have to agree to disagree on this one. Please just remember that saying these pictures are "healthy" and "normal" and "terrific" may be sending out the wrong message to the young'ns who browse these forums. If I was a man I think I would prefer: But that's me as a man... Doesn't carry much weight now, does it?
I know a girl who only fancies black men. Shall I get putting boot polish all over me..? The problem is that this whole size thing is a complete lack of reasoning generated by the tabloid press.Western people have a much bigger problem with obesity and poor lifestyle. Some people are skinny and heathy. But to my mother, most people are "anorexic"- solely because she likes cream cakes.. Its all about opinions/preferences. If Knightley gets that shape thro exercise not starvation, I don't see how its unhealthy to say "yeah she looks good"?
