IMO, coming from a girl, when a guy uses cologne or body spays or whatever....he's just trying too hard.
I have gotten the most compliments from women regarding odor when I actually wore Axe It was Axe Africa, the only one I've bought more than once. When I said it was nothing special, just axe, they were all suprised. One hardly believed it I don't like Axe in generally either (not an expert but of what I actually took notice of) but the Africa one seems ok.
Right, and when girls wear makeup, they are just trying to hard. body sprays are no good but stuff like the cologne i mentioned above usually works well
I really hate artificial fragrances, especially when ppl think they need to splash it on so they can be smelled before they enter a room. Srsly, I have had co-workers where I needed to hold my breath while they were in the room. Luckily the ones who worked there did not use fragrances. And, when ppl inundate themselves with it they smell like bug spray to me. I don't even smell any sweet fragrance just the underlying stink of whatever it is made of. Now I think back to my youth - didn't know shit and the ads told me I had to smell like English Leather a block away. A belated "sorry" to all the ppl whose noses I offended back in the '60s. Just a fresh shower and unscented deodorant and maybe a trace of body talc. That's all I use. I don't like to over power my on body chemistry. BTW, I want my wife to smell fresh and clean. No perfumes. I really dislike when a lady wears cheap drug store perfume. It gives me a instant headache. Not good on a flight.
