The story is real but still unbelievable Deputies, responding to a 911 call, found Wyatt at the scene. Another man had raised the alarm after allegedly seeing him naked and dripping with blood, standing over the mutilated body - Duh! The witness told officials Wyatt had earlier been acting strangely after drinking “some kind of mushroom tea.” Hotwater
Well at least he'll have all the wrestling, man grappling and guy hugging he could ever want in prison
clever way to get out of murder.. he can just plead temporary insanity in the 30's you could kill a cop and say you had smoked a joint (of the marihuana) a few hours prior, and pretty much get away with it, until some real research was done on the plant. if i was on mushrooms, the mere thought of ripping out the heart of a friend could turn a good trip bad. there's definitely more to this story
People, there are MANY types of mushrooms out there. Those were obviously NOT psilocybin mushrooms. But of course, that's what people are going to blame. Just like those reports of people doing similar things under LSD, when it was actually another drug like PCP. I hate when this fucking stuff happens. Psychedelics don't do this and are normally not dangerous, definitely not to this degree. Dissociative hallucinogens, on the other hand, are.
sorry to burst your bubble but they most likely WERE psilocybin mushrooms, I'm not saying this guy was normal then went insane from them....but if a lunatic takes shrooms hes still a lunatic, now just one with lowered decision making skills.
What do you mean "Those were obviously NOT psilocybin mushrooms."? They more than likely were unless theres more information to the story we arent being given. Some people just shouldnt take mushrooms, if he had 7 or 8 grams of mushrooms to himself and had never taken them before. Then somehow got into the mindframe that his friend was possessed by the devil then something like that is very possible. Mushrooms can take you into some unstable mindframes sometimes. Setting and previous experience are vital in the outcome of a trip. What other types of mushrooms could have led to something like this happening?
You ever read about how old-school vikings used to ingest Amanita Muscaria mushrooms to induce a so-called "berserker rage"? Amanitas are unlikely, in this case, and I am pretty sure it was psilocybin mushrooms and the dude just had a psychotic break because of roid-rage or another reason, but you never know: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berserker
to be fair, if we aren't gonna blame mushrooms for this dude killing his friend...then we can't give mushrooms credit for all the positive things you mentioned. it's the responsibility of the individual if you can choose to take psychedelic shrooms, you gotta accept the consequences.
Truth I shall provide rep, if I am allowed to do so. EDIT: Nope.....gotta spread some shit around first
