I'm trying to find an image of and the artist of a painting I'm vaguely recalling. It was an abstract painting of a woman with two or three children, I think. There was a blue gown on the woman, I believe. The style was very similar to Gustav Klimt and I thought maybe it was him but I'm not finding the painting. Anyone know what painting I'm talking about? Thanks.
It is Klimt, 1905, Three Ages Of Women. I'm reading that someone copied another child into the print to cover her bare breast.
Rainy said she had a blue gown on with multiple children though I went looking for a painting of this description but could not find it, I do apologize
Regarding adding a child to hide a breast: If there's ANYTHING Americans are more afraid of than seeing womens nipples--I can't think of what it might possibly be.
