Helped? Helped it get WORSE. As we learned at Blacksburg last month, Virginia will sell a handgun to ANYONE. And Virginia is 30 minutes tops from anywhere in DC.

But it's still not as bad as Baltimore. I live in the murder capital of the US.

 

Its still falls back that when the gun store owner called the FBI and supplied all the information on the FBI mandatory purchase of firearms sheet that the FBI allowed the sale not the state of Virgina. So the real pit fall is the FBI not the state nor the gun store.
