Don't have one, friend does. Takes up to 9 months to heal properly. His had a minor infection starting twice but caught it right away. Remember the area it's in, need to be extremely careful and clean.
I'd love to get a guiche piercing but I know I'd have healing problems and infection issues. Between sweat and other things down there I feel an infection would be immediate it's just my luck. I have and had piercing on my genitals with no issues but the weather up front is much different than in the back.
Had one once. Great piercing. A couple of months to heal. Mine was migrating out so I took it out. If it didn’t migrate I would have kept it for a while.
