I like my hotdogs very well done too, lol, but spicy brown mustard instead of yellow.

 

A hot dog can only be cooked in a fire, never on the stovetop. Slowly turned in while the skin darkens and the fat heats and drips. Mustard, I usually only eat Dijon style mustard except hotdogs. Must be something from my childhood. I always use the bright yellow mustard on the dogs
